Success Without God Is Still Failure

Trying to be successful outside of the will of God will leave you tired, frustrated, and unhappy.

Submitted By Harrison Silomba Jr. | Many are times when some of us think that we can only be champions in life if we compete with our friends, neighbors,  and workmate. But one should know that succeeding in life is not being number one always.

A story is told of a man who committed suicide after his friend received a prize for being number one in class. Some people even gal frustrated if their friend gets a better car than theirs. But when we read in the book of Mark 9:35 Jesus rebuked the disciples when they competed against one another for supremacy,”Anyone wanting to be the greatest must be the least servant of all!” He said to them.

Being the first in life is not being a true winner without God‘s objectives. If you haven’t got all the things you want, be grateful for the things you don’t have that you don’t want.Competition in life does not make someone be looked upon to be a great man in life.To those who believe that the only way to succeed in life is to be number one in a race may end up frustrated and down, and look upon themselves to be failures in life, and yet they’re not. It is high-time our gullible minds should learn that success is not competition but respect. Remember hope sees the invisible, feels the intangible and achieves the impossible.
